What should I do next?

• Make a will, if you haven’t already. This ensures that your wishes are carried out and helps to alleviate any uncertainties for those left behind. We advise that you ask a solicitor to help draw this up.
• Specify JR's charity status (registered charity number 1152871). When leaving a legacy above a certain threshold this can reduce the amount of inheritance tax payable on your entire estate.
• If you have made a will, download a simple codicil form here. This will enable you to add JR as a beneficiary to your will with minimum time and no expense involved.
