Award-winning Tel Aviv-based artist and educator Shirel Horovitz takes us on a journey of Jewishness in Israeli art from the early 20th century to today. She’ll explore key pieces and themes to demonstrate how they highlight and/or challenge typical historical narratives. Look behind the scenes of the Israeli art world, get to grips with the diversity of contemporary contributions in the 21st century and explore its relation to the international art world.
